The GoCert system has been design around the simplicity of accessing your certificate. All you need is our website address and an access code.
Upon reaching our frontpage, you should be able to enter your unique certificate code to access and save/print your certificate.
Access codes will be provided to you by your course/event organiser. This can be done in a number of ways:
You will have to contact your course/event organiser to re-issue you with the access code. GoCert will not provide you with a code directly.
You can only access your certificate via GoCert while the issuer's account with us is active. While the issuer's account is active, you are free to download your certificate and save it for future reference.
Once closed/expired, the course/event organiser has 30 days to reactivate the account before all information and certificates are removed from our servers. After this point, there is no way to retrieve account information or course/event certificates by the organiser or a certificate recipient.
The GoCert system itself is built upon standard web technology that should work on most major web browsers (see tested broswers). When it comes to your certificate, it will be supplied in a PDF document, this document type can be opened in a wide variety of application that are free or come with your computers perating system.
To access GoCert certificates you will need the following hardware:
